Family

• To immerse ourselves in the relational aspect of God's family.
• To love others in North Central Church as brothers and sisters who see God as our Father because of our faith in the person & work of Jesus and the new regeneration brought about by the Holy Spirit. And by receiving, loving & treating others as children of God who are deeply loved by the Father in everything, portraying to them what the love of the Father looks like. And in so doing, inviting them to experience life in the family of God.
• To share our time, talent, treasure and trust with the church family, believeing that generous giving is our grateful worship.
• To know others and be known; to include knowing each others stories & having familiarity with one another's strength & struggles in regard to belief in the gospel and its application to all of life.
• To speak the gospel truth to one another, regularly building others up in love.

Missionary

• To be led by the Spirit to radically reorient my life around the mission of making disciples within my circles of influence where there is a gospel gap (no consistent gospel witness), embodying the Spirit empowered mission to share & show the gospel.

Servant

• To live as a servant to the King who serves others as he served, presenting tangible witness to Jesus' kingdom and the power of the gospel to transform lives.
• To serve in such a way that it demands a Gospel explanation; living a life that cannot be explained in any other way than by the transforming Gospel of Jesus.

Disciple

• To join with God in the process of apprenticing with others in the way of Jesus.
• To align my schedule, resources, and decisions with the primary mission of making reproducing disciples among our multiplying church.
