Family

• To love others in North Central Church as brothers and sisters who see God as our Father because of our faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ and the new regeneration brought about by the Holy Spirit.
• To treat others as children of God deeply loved by the Father in everything, sharing our time, talents, treasure, and trust.
• To know others and be known. This knowledge includes knowing each others stories and having familiarity with one anothers strength and struggles in regard to belief in the gospel and its application to all of life.
• To speak the gospel truth to one another, regularly building others up in love.
• To love the people around me as if they were part of the family, showing them what the love of the Father looks like and in so doing inviting them to experience life in the family of God.

Missionary

• To be led by the Spirit to radically reorient my life for the mission of making disciples within my circles of influence where there is a gospel gap (no consistent gospel witness).
• To align my schedule, resources, and decisions with the mission of making reproducing disciples in a multiplying church.

Servant

• To live as a servant to the King who serves others as he served, presenting tangible witness to Jesus kingdom and the power of the gospel to transform lives.
• To serve in such a way that it demands a Gospel explanation; living a life that cannot be explained in any other way than by the transforming Gospel of Jesus.
